Non-Executive Assistance

Sometimes you need more than just a single piece of consultancy or you feel there is a gap within the existing skills and experience of your current Board.

Bringing me in as a non-executive director would acquire for your Board the skills and experience I have gained over decades in Executive and Non-Executive roles, including as independent member and Chair. This is more than consultancy, not least because of the duties and responsibilities of a Director, but also because it provides for an ongoing relationship to help steer a course over a longer (but still limited) period of time.

The UK Corporate Governance Code makes it clear that a board should include an appropriate combination of executive and non-executive (and, in particular, independent non-executive) directors.
